Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist – Healthcare & Licensing

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full‑cycle recruitment for specialized healthcare, administrative and leadership positions in Abu Dhabi. The role combines strategic sourcing, pipeline management and oversight of licensing and credentialing processes (DOH, DHA, MOH) to ensure candidates are ready for deployment.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruitment for clinical, corporate and executive roles, from requisition to offer.
• Manage licensing and compliance workflows, including DataFlow primary source verification and conversion to DOH/DHA/MOH licences.
• Execute advanced sourcing strategies using Boolean search, professional networks and direct headhunting.
• Lead recruitment projects, mentor junior sourcers and continuously improve candidate deployment pipelines.
• Collaborate with department heads and operational leads to define hiring timelines, role specifications and stakeholder expectations.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of full‑cycle talent acquisition experience, with a proven track record in UAE healthcare recruitment.
• In‑depth knowledge of UAE healthcare licensing frameworks (DOH, DHA, MOH) and DataFlow credentialing processes.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing recruitment initiatives, prioritising workflow and delivering results.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline.
