Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Amali Properties is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end hiring for priority roles across development, design, construction, corporate functions and the MD office in the UAE/GCC. The role blends deep sourcing expertise with data‑driven analytics to accelerate pipeline velocity, reduce time‑to‑hire and improve quality‑of‑hire.

Key responsibilities

• Own full‑cycle recruitment for mid‑senior and niche positions in real‑estate development, luxury design and construction.
• Partner with business leaders to define workforce needs, hiring plans and assessment strategies.
• Build high‑performing talent funnels through market mapping, headhunting, referrals and agency management.
• Elevate candidate experience using structured interviews, case tasks, scorecards and clear communication.
• Create and maintain hiring dashboards, weekly reports and pipeline health metrics.
• Lead employer‑branding initiatives such as role pages, LinkedIn campaigns and talent community events.
• Maintain a curated bench for specialized roles (e.g., palace design, island projects, project controls).
• Ensure compliance with UAE/GCC hiring regulations and coordinate offers through onboarding.

Required profile

• 6–9 years of recruiting experience, including at least 3 years in‑house TA for real‑estate, construction or luxury design, or top search firms serving those sectors.
• Proven success hiring mid‑to‑senior roles in the GCC and comfort engaging C‑suite stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with experience reporting on pipeline metrics, SLA adherence and using BI tools.
• Ability to work quickly and discreetly on sensitive mandates.
