Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

A well-established multinational construction company based in Dubai is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead a team handling the end-to-end recruitment life cycle. The client is a large, stable organisation in the property industry with a strong presence in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent in the property industry.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and create job descriptions.
• Manage the full recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding candidates.
• Use recruitment platforms and tools to find and engage potential candidates.
• Maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies during recruitment.
• Report regularly on recruitment progress to the HR department and leadership team.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven expertise in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
• Strong knowledge of the property industry and its talent requirements.
• Ability to manage several recruitment projects at once and a results-oriented approach.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

What we offer

• Salary of AED 300,000 to AED 408,000 per year.
