Senior Talent Management Specialist

About the role

The Senior Talent Management Specialist will enhance McDermott's Talent Management discipline by applying best practices and addressing internal and external challenges. Acting as a resource for less‑experienced colleagues, the role combines strategic insight with hands‑on project delivery to improve onboarding, training, and system upgrades.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Global People Services and stakeholders to identify training needs and schedule sessions.
• Develop and refresh onboarding curricula, training documents, and on‑the‑job learning programs.
• Analyze training effectiveness, propose modifications, and provide coaching to accelerate new‑employee integration.
• Design processes to monitor employee performance against training objectives.
• Coordinate system testing for upgrades, including test script creation, tracking, and tester management.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of HR or Talent Management experience, preferably in a project‑driven environment.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; degree equivalency certificate required for non‑UAE qualifications.
• Strong assessment, analytical, and organizational skills with the ability to work under pressure.
• Demonstrated client‑focused operations experience and sound judgment in decision‑making.
