Senior Team Leader & Project Delivery Lead

About the role

Lead the successful delivery of strategic digital solution implementation projects across the Middle East, managing a team of Data Integration Engineers and Solution Specialists while interfacing with Customer Success and Product Managers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery from initiation through go‑live and operational handover, developing project plans, schedules and resource forecasts.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, monitor scope, budget, timelines, risks and dependencies, and drive governance activities.
• Facilitate steering committees, design reviews and executive status meetings, managing customer expectations and communication.
• Support contract execution, change requests and solution impacts, and ensure successful site coordination across the region.
• Conduct performance reviews, coaching, recruitment and development of engineering talent in the Middle East.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or related field.
• 8+ years in digital projects, data integration, enterprise applications or solution architecture.
• 3+ years of leadership or technical leadership experience.
• Strong hands‑on experience designing large‑scale enterprise or mission‑critical solutions.
• Knowledge of Agile delivery, DevOps, and project management methodologies (PMI, PRINCE2, Agile).
