Senior Technical Architect

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Technical Architect to lead implementation and advisory engagements across its Professional Services practice. The role involves rapidly learning new Salesforce clouds, designing scalable solutions, and guiding customers through technical and business requirements. The architect will coordinate multiple architects, align with project managers, and ensure delivery of high‑quality solutions while mentoring diverse teams. Responsibilities include evaluating business needs, configuring applications, supporting pre‑sales activities, and contributing to internal innovation initiatives. Candidates must have hands‑on consulting experience in major software domains, strong coding skills in object‑oriented languages, and deep knowledge of Salesforce platform development, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, and declarative tools. Experience with enterprise integration, data modeling, web services, Agile methodologies, and certifications such as Salesforce Administrator and App Builder are required. Fluency in English is essential, with Arabic considered an advantage for the Middle East market. Travel regionally may be required.
