Senior Technical Consultant

About the role

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Technical Consultant to design, develop and deliver cloud‑based solutions for its most sophisticated customers in the UAE. The role combines hands‑on development, solution architecture and leadership of implementation teams, working remotely while collaborating across global geographies.

Key responsibilities

• Own implementation of standard configurations, custom development and data migration for Salesforce projects.
• Lead deployment strategies, source‑code management and adherence to Salesforce deployment standards.
• Apply troubleshooting techniques to resolve implementation issues and ensure successful delivery.
• Act as technical team lead across multiple projects, providing guidance to implementation teams.
• Collaborate in an agile environment following Professional Services Methodology.

Required profile

• Proven expertise developing on the Salesforce.com platform, including Apex, Lightning Web Components and declarative tools.
• Experience with agile methodologies and large‑scale enterprise deployments.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML and CSS.
• Hands‑on experience with GitHub branching and version control.
• Salesforce Administrator and App Builder certifications; fluency in English (Arabic a plus).
