Senior Technical Engineer – Adoption & Digital Enablement

About the role

Emirates is seeking a Senior Technical Engineer to lead adoption and digital enablement initiatives across the group. You will design, develop and deliver high‑quality IT data solutions that align with business needs while ensuring they meet corporate standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert technical consultancy and guidance to EGIT within the technology area and act as lead technical member in project teams delivering assigned work packages.
• Develop IT solutions that meet customer requirements, ensuring robust design, high quality, and compliance with corporate standards and technical strategy.
• Ensure solutions meet service‑level requirements for availability, capacity, continuity, security, performance and reliability.
• Develop solution architectures for projects following EA standards and support technology advancements and adoption of new technologies.
• Collaborate with other IT technology teams to implement monitoring, manage incidents and problems according to defined processes.
• Own and manage changes, publish and maintain documentation and data catalogue, and manage end‑of‑life replacement of equipment/software.

Required profile

• Degree or Honours (12+3) or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Information Technology.
• Strong background in end‑user technology adoption, digital workplace solutions and change enablement.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills, able to lead workshops and technology awareness sessions.

Required skills

• Microsoft 365 ecosystem (SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform, Copilot).
• Experience with AI‑powered solutions and automation platforms.
• Knowledge of Audio‑Visual technologies and modern collaboration environments.
