Senior User Reach & Lifecycle Manager - Mandarin Speaking

About the role

Bybit is seeking an experienced Senior User Reach & Lifecycle Manager with strong crypto industry knowledge, data‑driven thinking, and leadership potential. The role will own key business initiatives and may evolve into broader team leadership based on performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop systematic lifecycle engagement strategies covering registration, KYC, first deposit/trade, activation, retention, churn prevention, and reactivation.
• Segment users using behavioral data, trading activity, asset holdings and product preferences to deliver targeted engagement.
• Design personalized engagement and recommendation logic in collaboration with Product, Data and Algorithm teams.
• Create market‑triggered engagement scenarios based on price movements, watchlists and trading preferences.
• Build automated multi‑channel engagement frameworks (push, email, in‑app, banner, popup) with prioritization and frequency controls.
• Establish performance metrics, conduct funnel, cohort and A/B analyses, and drive measurable improvements in activation, conversion, retention and reactivation.
• Lead cross‑functional projects, define roadmaps, manage milestones and resolve execution challenges.

Required profile

• 5+ years experience in crypto exchanges with deep understanding of exchange products, business models and user lifecycles.
• Proven track record in personalization, recommendation systems or algorithm‑driven growth projects.
• Strong analytical mindset with expertise in user behavior analysis, segmentation, conversion funnels and experimentation.
• Hands‑on experience building automated engagement or lifecycle management frameworks at scale.
• Previous people‑management experience and ability to lead cross‑functional teams.
• Highly ambitious, resilient, results‑oriented and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent in English and Chinese; willing to be based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
