Senior UX/UI Designer

About the role

Our client, a globally active technology‑driven financial services organization, is expanding its digital trading and fintech platforms. The Senior UX/UI Designer will lead the creation of end‑to‑end product experiences for high‑traffic web and mobile applications, shaping the user journey from discovery through delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle product design for web and mobile, from research and ideation to high‑fidelity UI and hand‑off.
• Translate complex trading, data‑driven, or business requirements into clear, intuitive user flows and interfaces.
• Conduct and synthesize user research, usability testing, and data insights to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high‑fidelity mock‑ups aligned with product strategy.
• Contribute to and evolve the company’s design system, ensuring consistency, scalability and accessibility.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams to validate solutions and ensure feasible implementation.
• Advocate for user‑centric design thinking while balancing business and technical constraints.
• Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI design or digital product design.
• Proven track record designing complex fintech, SaaS or data‑heavy platforms.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end product thinking and problem solving.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
