Senior Vice President – Development Management Retail

About the role

The Senior Vice President – Development Management Retail will lead the creation of a new program to identify and deliver the sale of D‑Hold assets from Aldar Development to Aldar Investment, and negotiate key commercial development agreements for real‑estate assets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead development management responsibilities for real‑estate projects, overseeing program governance and stakeholder collaboration.
• Negotiate and finalize transaction documents such as Terms of Reference, SPAs, Development Management Agreements and Cooperative Agreements.
• Act as the conduit between Aldar Development, Aldar Investment and external partners to ensure consistent engagement and best‑practice implementation across the development lifecycle.
• Manage investment analysis, approvals and post‑deal execution for D‑Hold developments and special‑situation projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 years of experience in real‑estate development management.
• Strong knowledge of UAE/GCC real‑estate markets and development management agreements.
• Bachelor degree in finance, economics or business administration.
