Senior Vice President - DM Portfolio

About the role

The Senior Vice President – DM Portfolio will lead development management for Aldar’s real‑estate projects, driving the creation of a program to identify and sell D‑Hold assets and overseeing acquisition and recurring‑income initiatives for Aldar Investment. The role involves negotiating key commercial agreements, managing investment analysis, approvals and post‑deal execution across the Aldar Group.

Key responsibilities

• Lead development management responsibilities for real‑estate projects, including program governance and stakeholder collaboration.
• Negotiate and finalize transaction documents such as Terms of Reference, SPAs, Development Management Agreements and Cooperative Agreements.
• Manage execution of development agreements with external stakeholders and post‑transaction partner relationships.
• Support special projects for the Chief Development Officer and senior management team.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 years of experience in real‑estate development management, preferably within UAE/GCC markets.
• Proven ability to lead multi‑disciplinary teams and maintain productive relationships across public and private sectors.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics or business administration.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of development management agreements and key commercial agreements.
• Expertise in feasibility analysis, cash‑flow modelling and investment analysis for business plans.
• Excellent numerical, analytical, verbal and written communication abilities.
