Senior Videographer & Video Editor

About the role

Unique Properties, a real estate company focused on luxury properties, is looking for a highly creative, technically advanced Senior Videographer & Video Editor. The role turns luxury properties, people and ideas into cinematic, high-impact content that stops people from scrolling, combining cinematic production, advanced editing, AI-powered creativity and strong brand storytelling.

Key responsibilities

• Cinematic videography: plan, direct and execute premium videos for luxury properties, lifestyle campaigns, corporate branding, events and social media.
• Advanced video editing with cinematic transitions, pacing, visual effects and compelling narratives.
• Use AI tools such as Higgsfield, Claude and others for concept development, video generation and creative enhancement.
• Motion graphics and animation with Adobe After Effects and related tools.
• Produce property tours, listing videos, architectural showcases and lifestyle real estate campaigns.
• Create high-retention Instagram Reels, TikTok videos, YouTube Shorts and long-form YouTube content.
• Develop original concepts, storyboards, scripts and campaign ideas from brief to delivery.
• Handle colour grading, sound design, audio mixing and visual effects.
• Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to strengthen the brand.

Required profile

• Proven experience in videography, video editing and content production, ideally 4+ years.
• Strong portfolio showing cinematic editing, storytelling and post-production; applications without a portfolio are not shortlisted.
• Ability to develop original creative concepts independently and to take a brief and make it stand out.
• Experience with motion graphics, animation, VFX, colour grading and sound design.
• Knowledge of cameras, lighting, composition and production techniques.
• Understanding of audience retention, visual hooks, editing rhythm and social media trends.
• Experience with luxury real estate, architecture, lifestyle, hospitality or premium brand content is highly advantageous.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and keep high creative standards.

Required skills

• Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects and/or DaVinci Resolve
• AI video generation and editing tools such as Higgsfield and Claude
• Social media and YouTube content creation
