Senior Virtual Relationship Officer – Business Aspire

About the role

Join ADCB’s ITMAM subsidiary as a Senior Virtual Relationship Officer, managing Business Banking Aspire clients through virtual engagement. You will develop deep understanding of client businesses and drive revenue growth while ensuring compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of Business Banking Aspire clients through structured virtual engagement, understanding their business and service needs.
• Maintain regular contact plans, review account activity, respond to enquiries and record interactions in approved systems.
• Identify and progress new client opportunities via virtual and digital channels, supporting end‑to‑end onboarding.
• Review existing relationships to uncover cross‑sell opportunities and recommend suitable products and services.
• Conduct needs analysis and recommend banking solutions across deposits, lending and transactional offerings.
• Monitor client activity and portfolio performance to detect early warning indicators.
• Prepare and submit credit applications, renewals and reviews, collaborating with credit, risk and compliance teams.
• Promote digital banking channels, guide clients through onboarding and self‑service options.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies and support audit activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of relationship management experience, preferably in business banking.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• Professional certification such as Certified Financial Planner or Chartered Financial Analyst.
• Proven experience in virtual and digital client servicing models.
• Strong understanding of credit fundamentals, AML, KYC and regulatory compliance.
