About the role

The Senior Visual Merchandising Associate will lead the visual merchandising strategy for Bloomingdale’s Home at Dubai Mall, creating compelling in‑store displays that drive sales and reinforce the brand’s image. This role collaborates closely with design, marketing and sales teams while mentoring junior merchandisers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement visual merchandising plans that align with campaign themes and business objectives.
• Design and install innovative product displays using creative techniques, props and visual elements.
• Mentor junior visual merchandising team members and ensure consistent visual standards across locations.
• Work with store managers and interior designers to optimise store layout, traffic flow and product placement.
• Maintain brand identity by ensuring all visual elements comply with brand guidelines.
• Monitor market trends, customer preferences and competitor activities to inform visual strategies.
• Plan and execute seasonal and promotional displays in coordination with marketing and sales.
• Manage fixtures, props and visual merchandising materials, ensuring they are well‑maintained.
• Create signage, banners and promotional graphics to support in‑store communication.
• Act as a liaison between visual merchandising, design and sales teams to align visual concepts with product launches.

Required profile

• Graduate in any discipline with tertiary qualifications in fine or commercial arts.
• 3‑5 years of experience in visual merchandising or a related merchandising role.
• Willingness to work outside regular office hours, including weekends and night shifts.
