SEO Expert – Full‑time position in Dubai

About the role

Etqaan Employment is seeking a skilled SEO Expert to join its growing digital marketing team in Dubai. This role focuses on improving website performance, increasing organic search visibility, and executing performance‑driven SEO campaigns to elevate search rankings across online platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies that target organic growth across multiple search engines and align with business objectives.
• Perform on‑page optimization by refining website content, meta titles and descriptions, header tags, and internal linking structures to improve relevance and crawlability.
• Lead off‑page SEO initiatives, including the acquisition of high‑quality backlinks through outreach, guest posting, and partnership programs.
• Monitor website health, indexation status, and key performance metrics using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools to ensure optimal visibility.
• Analyze performance data to identify optimization opportunities, generate actionable insights, and report measurable outcomes to stakeholders.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of hands‑on SEO experience in agency or client‑side environments, demonstrating successful organic traffic growth.
• Proven mastery of both on‑page and off‑page SEO techniques, including keyword research, content optimization, and link building.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret web traffic data, diagnose issues, and drive continuous improvement.
