Server – Fine Dining at Luxury Hotel

About the role

As a Server at Fairmont Ajman, you will be the face of our upscale dining experience, delivering warm, personalized service to guests in our restaurants and lounges. You will use your knowledge of the menu and beverage offerings to ensure each guest feels valued and enjoys a memorable visit.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a friendly, professional demeanor and provide attentive food and beverage service.
• Present menus, explain offerings, take orders, and accurately process special requests and dietary needs.
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
• Maintain clean, organized service areas and assist with opening and closing procedures.
• Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and promote additional items to enhance satisfaction and revenue.

Required profile

• Previous experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a luxury hotel or upscale restaurant.
• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality qualification is a plus.
• Good command of English; additional languages are advantageous.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Professional appearance, grooming standards, and reliability.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
