Service Advisor – Customer Experience Specialist

About the role
The Service Advisor will deliver an excellent customer service experience by managing the complete vehicle service journey from reception to delivery. This role requires clear communication, coordination with workshop teams, and a focus on customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Receive customers, understand their service and repair requirements, and prepare accurate repair orders.
- Explain required repairs, estimated costs, and timelines, and keep customers updated on progress.
- Coordinate closely with workshop, parts, and warranty teams to ensure timely completion.
- Recommend maintenance and additional repairs based on vehicle condition.
- Perform quality checks before vehicle delivery and explain completed work and invoices to customers.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and achieve targets for revenue, productivity, retention, and CSI.
Required profile
- Strong customer‑focused attitude with the ability to communicate technical information clearly.
- Proven ability to meet revenue and productivity targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
