Service Advisor – Customer Service & Vehicle Maintenance

About the role

The Service Advisor will deliver an excellent customer service experience by managing the full vehicle service journey from reception to delivery. You will act as the main point of contact for customers, understanding their repair needs and ensuring transparent communication throughout the process.

Key responsibilities

• Receive customers, assess service and repair requirements, and prepare accurate repair orders.
• Explain required repairs, estimated costs, and timelines clearly to customers.
• Coordinate with workshop, parts, and warranty teams to ensure timely completion.
• Provide regular updates on repair progress and recommend additional maintenance based on vehicle condition.
• Conduct quality checks before vehicle delivery and explain completed work and invoices.
• Handle customer concerns professionally, aiming for high satisfaction.
• Achieve targets for revenue, productivity, customer retention, and CSI.
