About the role
Careers International is hiring a Service Advisor in Dubai for the heavy commercial vehicle segment. The role covers receiving customer vehicles, coordinating repairs with the workshop team and keeping customers informed until the car is delivered.
Key responsibilities
- Receive customer vehicles and prepare accurate job cards
- Understand customer concerns and coordinate with the workshop team for timely repairs
- Monitor work progress and keep customers informed of repair status
- Coordinate estimates, approvals and vehicle delivery
- Ensure high customer satisfaction while following company procedures and quality standards
Required profile
- Diploma or B.Tech in a relevant field
- 3-4 years of experience as a Service Advisor or Assistant Service Advisor in the heavy commercial vehicle segment
