Service Advisor

About the role

We are looking for a Service Advisor to be the primary liaison between our customers and the service team at Autoplus Bodyshop, a member of United Al Saqer Group. The role focuses on delivering a premium, seamless collision‑repair experience while ensuring high standards of service quality.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally, understand their service needs, and reflect the brand’s luxury values.
• Record customer concerns, conduct vehicle walk‑arounds, and prepare accurate job cards.
• Coordinate with technicians, relay updates, and maintain clear communication.
• Provide timely progress updates, additional repair findings, and estimated completion times.
• Generate transparent service estimates, obtain approvals, and manage warranty claims per OEM standards.
• Oversee vehicle handover, review performed work, and explain any outstanding issues.
• Follow up post‑service to ensure satisfaction and handle complaints.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience as a Service Advisor, preferably in a dealership or multi‑brand environment.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle systems and repair processes.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to manage service workflows in a premium setting.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Dealer Management Systems (DMS) and service software.
• Basic understanding of vehicle diagnostics.
