About the role
The Service Advisor will provide professional after‑sales support for Jaguar Land Rover customers in Sharjah, ensuring accurate recording of repair and maintenance work and enhancing customer retention.
Key responsibilities
- Greet customers, discuss service needs, and record requirements on job cards according to manufacturer recommendations.
- Explain job details, costs, and value to customers and prepare clear work instructions for technicians.
- Monitor progress, organise inspections on completion, and ensure work meets quality standards.
- Deliver vehicles courteously, keep customers informed on part back‑orders and service status, and follow up on pending jobs.
- Promote accessories, service packages, and participate in service campaigns.
Required profile
- Vocational qualification in automotive trade or Diploma in Automobile Engineering or a graduate degree.
- 2–5 years of experience in the automotive trade.
