Service Advisor - Multi Brand

About the role

The Service Advisor is the first point of contact for customers entering the workshop. You will act as the bridge between customers and the service team, ensuring a professional, customer‑focused experience while vehicles receive top‑quality care.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect incoming vehicles, document existing damage and customer concerns accurately.
• Record customer requirements to enable efficient service delivery.
• Manage the handover of serviced vehicles, informing customers of completed work and future maintenance recommendations.
• Maintain proactive communication throughout the service process to ensure timely delivery.
• Follow up after service to confirm satisfaction, assess repair quality, and remind customers of upcoming maintenance.
• Build strong relationships through clear, timely communication of estimates, approvals, and costs.
• Collaborate with workshop foremen and technicians to ensure accurate information flow.
• Identify and validate customer concerns, distinguishing normal operation from issues requiring correction.
• Prepare precise estimates for routine repairs and maintenance, explaining costs and managing negotiations.

Required profile

• Excellent customer service orientation with the ability to build trust.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work closely with technicians and workshop staff.
• Attention to detail for accurate vehicle inspections and documentation.
• Proactive attitude in following up with customers post‑service.
