Service Advisor – Truck Division

About the role

Join Al Futtaim Automotive’s Truck Division as a Service Advisor, where you will be the primary point of contact for customers bringing their trucks in for service. You will ensure clear communication, accurate documentation, and timely delivery of vehicles while supporting revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, capture service requests, and record detailed symptoms.
• Prepare and manage repair orders, provide cost estimates and delivery times.
• Coordinate with workshop foremen to meet promised delivery schedules.
• Explain invoices to customers and confirm pick‑up arrangements.
• Drive achievement of service revenue targets and promote value‑added services.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction by resolving concerns promptly.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in an automotive dealership, with at least 3 years as a Service Advisor, preferably in trucks/commercial vehicles.
• Strong knowledge of dealer/distributor business processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems and SAP.
• Excellent communication, logical thinking and technical understanding.
