Service Advisor – Volvo Trucks

About the role

Al-Futtaim Automotive is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to be the primary point of contact for Volvo Trucks customers throughout their service journey. You will assess customer requirements, translate technical concerns into clear repair instructions, and coordinate with workshop teams to ensure timely, high‑quality repairs.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers, understand vehicle concerns and document service requirements.
• Prepare detailed repair orders and service estimates for workshop execution.
• Explain recommended repairs, costs and timelines to customers.
• Coordinate with workshop teams, monitor progress and ensure timely completion.
• Communicate status updates, additional work needs and delivery commitments to customers.
• Verify completed work against orders and invoices before vehicle handover.
• Deliver vehicles, explain repairs and charges, and promote relevant service offerings.
• Maintain accurate service records and ensure compliance with dealership after‑sales processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Service Advisor or in automotive after‑sales within a dealership or authorised service centre.
• Hands‑on experience with a dealer management system.
• Valid UAE driving licence and ability to move/test customer vehicles.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Automobile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
