Service Ambassador – Customer Experience

About the role

As a Service Ambassador at Emirates Islamic, you will be the first point of contact for customers visiting the branch, ensuring a seamless banking experience through welcoming service, traffic management and digital adoption support.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Manage customer flow and reduce waiting times within the branch.
• Guide customers on self‑service and digital banking channels.
• Identify customer needs and direct them to the appropriate branch representative.
• Support customer onboarding and basic service requests.
• Promote Emirates Islamic products, services, and digital solutions.
• Ensure excellent customer experience and maintain service quality standards.
• Adhere to bank policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 1‑2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or banking.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer‑focused with a positive and professional attitude.
• UAE National preferred.
