Service Ambassador – Customer Experience (UAE)

About the role

The Service Ambassador is the first point of contact for customers visiting the branch, ensuring a smooth and welcoming banking experience. You will manage branch traffic, promote digital banking adoption, and guide customers to the right services.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Manage customer flow to reduce waiting times and direct customers to appropriate representatives.
• Guide customers on self‑service and digital banking channels.
• Support onboarding and basic service requests, and promote Emirates Islamic products.
• Maintain service quality standards and comply with bank policies.

Required profile

• High School Diploma; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1‑2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail or banking.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑focused attitude.
• UAE national preferred.
