About the role

The Service Champion is the front‑line representative of First Abu Dhabi Bank, delivering exceptional in‑branch service and guiding customers toward digital channels. The role focuses on creating a welcoming environment, understanding customer needs, and generating leads for bank products.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome all branch visitors, creating a positive first impression.
• Engage customers to understand their purpose of visit and handle transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, cheque clearing, drafts, e‑statements, banking letters, foreign exchange, and more.
• Direct customers to FAB Mobile app when services are available digitally and educate them on its 160+ features.
• Guide customers to ATMs and CDMs, explaining functionalities like eID updates, cash handling, and cheque deposits.
• Capture potential leads through cross‑selling and meet referral targets.
• Achieve NPS targets by adhering to the “Customer First” policy and minimizing complaints.
• Process transactions error‑free, prevent revenue leakage, and comply with audit, risk, and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• High school graduation.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant banking experience.
• Familiarity with bank products, policies, and procedures.
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
• Detail‑oriented with strong numerical aptitude.
• Knowledge of customer‑service principles.
• Proficient computer skills.
