Service Champion

About the role

The Service Champion is the front‑line ambassador of First Abu Dhabi Bank, responsible for delivering exceptional in‑branch service and guiding customers toward digital solutions. You will create a welcoming atmosphere, understand customer needs, and help them complete transactions efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome all visitors, create a positive first impression and ensure a comfortable branch environment.
• Engage customers to identify their purpose of visit and provide assistance with deposits, withdrawals, cheque clearing, foreign exchange, and other banking services.
• Promote FAB Mobile, ATMs and CDMs by educating customers on self‑service options and directing them to appropriate channels.
• Capture potential leads, meet referral targets and contribute to Net Promoter Score (NPS) goals.
• Process transactions accurately, prevent revenue leakage and adhere to compliance, audit and risk policies.
• Collaborate with branch colleagues and internal stakeholders, complete mandatory trainings and handle customer information securely.

Required profile

• High school graduation with strong attention to detail and numerical aptitude.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant banking experience and familiarity with bank products and procedures.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold customer‑first principles.
• Basic computer literacy and knowledge of customer service best practices.
• Professional interaction skills with colleagues and internal departments.
