Service Champion – Part‑Time (Emiratized)

About the role

A FAB Service Champion provides exceptional service and support to customers visiting the branch. The role involves welcoming customers, understanding their needs, guiding them to digital channels when possible, and generating leads for the bank.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome all customers entering the branch and create a positive first impression.
• Engage with customers to understand their purpose of visit and assist with deposits, withdrawals, cheque clearing, demand drafts, e‑statements, banking letters, foreign exchange and other transactions.
• Provide guidance on account‑related queries, credit cards, loans, e‑Dirham, fixed deposits and related documentation.
• Direct customers to FAB Mobile, ATMs or CDMs for self‑service options and educate them on the benefits and functionalities of these channels.
• Capture potential leads and meet referral targets through cross‑selling and product knowledge.
• Achieve NPS targets by adhering to the “Customer First” policy and ensuring minimal complaints.
• Process transactions accurately, prevent revenue leakage, and comply with audit, risk and regulatory policies.
• Collaborate with branch colleagues and internal stakeholders, complete mandatory trainings, and handle customer information securely.

Required profile

• High school graduate with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and relevant computer skills.
• Minimum two years of experience in the banking sector, familiar with bank products and related policies.
• Ability to engage customers, understand their needs and promote digital banking solutions.
