Service Coordinator

About the role

The Service Coordinator will act as the central point of contact for Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) services, ensuring smooth coordination between customers, technicians, and internal teams. This full‑time position supports service execution, documentation, logistics, procurement and financial processes within the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain AMC contracts, schedule technician visits and coordinate service timelines.
• Submit service invoices and third‑party certificates, generate spare‑part quotations and keep accurate service reports.
• Handle customer queries, post invoices through portals, follow up on payments and send statements of account.
• Create sales quotations, issue invoices, track orders and negotiate payment terms with customers and suppliers.
• Prepare purchase orders, generate Goods Receipt Notes, monitor spare‑part inventory and coordinate deliveries with logistics.
• Prepare payment requests, liaise with the accounts department for cheque processing and compile payment follow‑up reports.
• Operate the Orion CRM portal to record daily activities and maintain up‑to‑date records.

Required profile

• At least one month of relevant experience in service coordination, logistics or procurement.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
