Service Engineer – Building Management System (BMS)

About the role

The client is looking for a Service Engineer specialized in Building Management Systems (BMS) to perform preventive and corrective maintenance, testing, commissioning and troubleshooting of BMS, Lighting Control Systems (LCS) and Guest Room Management Systems (GRMS). The role ensures reliable operation of building automation while responding promptly to customer service requests and complying with service agreements and industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out periodic preventive and corrective maintenance on BMS, LCS, GRMS and related installations.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve faults in building automation equipment.
• Perform testing, commissioning and functional verification of new installations.
• Monitor graphic stations for alarms, error messages and system alerts.
• Respond to customer service requests in line with agreed SLAs.
• Maintain accurate maintenance reports, project records and equipment performance logs.
• Recommend upgrades or enhancements based on system performance monitoring.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in BMS service and maintenance.
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing and speaking).
• Ability to work under pressure with a proactive problem‑solving approach.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
