Service Engineer – Installation & Upgrade Specialist

About the role

MSA Safety is seeking a motivated Service Engineer to lead installation base upgrades and service assignments at ADNOC locations across the UAE. You will work closely with sales, technical, and partner teams to deliver commissioning, maintenance, and training for a range of safety products.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and execute upgrade and service opportunities for gas detectors, control panels, HVAC‑R and monitoring systems.
• Commission gas detectors and related equipment on‑site, ensuring proper functionality and compliance.
• Perform servicing, preventive maintenance, on‑site calibration, repairs and troubleshooting.
• Provide technical training and support to end‑users and authorized service partners.
• Collaborate with sales and project teams to schedule and deliver projects smoothly.
• Support warranty claims, quality documentation and spare‑parts management.
• Prepare field visit reports, calibration certificates and other required documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in field service, commissioning or maintenance of safety equipment.
• Proven ability to work independently on customer sites and manage multiple service tasks.
• Strong communication skills to interact with customers, sales teams and partners.
