Service Leader - Cementing

About the role

Halliburton Energy Services is seeking a Service Leader for cementing operations in Abu Dhabi. The role involves leading operational staff, ensuring safety and quality standards, and delivering cementing services to customers in the energy sector.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with PDC and HR to recruit and develop operational staff, establishing development plans and conducting performance assessments.
• Review cement job plans with technical professionals and crews, address equipment or operational concerns before mobilization, and supervise field execution.
• Ensure compliance with Halliburton HSE procedures, Management System, and approved cement job plans, including initiating Management of Change when required.
• Conduct pre‑ and post‑job safety meetings, evaluate crew performance, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Resolve equipment and execution problems using cementing expertise, and engage employees in regional initiatives.
• Monitor service quality metrics such as equipment maintenance compliance and readiness, applying findings to improve safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships on‑site, providing operational solutions and handling job disputes to approved levels.

Required profile

• High school diploma.
• Minimum 2 years experience as a Service Supervisor or Service Specialist in cementing or related oilfield services.
