Service Manager – Multi Brand

About the role

The Service Manager will lead the operational, commercial and financial performance of Al‑Futtaim Auto Centers across the UAE, overseeing a multi‑brand network of service workshops. The role focuses on driving operational excellence, team development and business growth while ensuring high‑quality customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve revenue, gross margin and profitability targets for all service centres in line with budgeted forecasts.
• Audit service processes, identify inefficiencies and implement corrective actions to maximise productivity and capacity utilisation.
• Manage work‑in‑progress (WIP) and reduce ageing cases to improve cash flow and operational efficiency.
• Ensure consistent execution of operating standards, quality requirements and customer service expectations across locations.
• Maintain compliance with HSSE, quality standards and company policies.
• Lead, coach and develop service centre teams through structured training and performance management.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor performance, support leadership and enforce operational discipline.
• Identify and execute local retail business development opportunities to grow market share.
• Drive continuous improvement, digital adoption and process enhancements to elevate customer experience.
• Support expansion initiatives including new site set‑up, ramp‑up and operational stabilisation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in automotive aftersales operations, with at least 4 years in a leadership or regional role.
• Strong mechanical and engineering background essential.
• Proven ability to lead high‑performing teams and drive accountability across multiple locations.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with willingness to go beyond conventional job boundaries.
