Service Manager – Multi Brand

About the role

The Service Manager will lead the Al‑Futtaim Auto Centers network across the UAE, driving operational, commercial and financial performance. The role focuses on operational excellence, team development and business growth while delivering consistent, high‑quality customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve revenue, gross margin and profitability targets for all service centres in line with budget and forecast.
• Audit service processes, identify inefficiencies and implement corrective actions to maximise productivity and capacity utilisation.
• Oversee work‑in‑progress (WIP) management, reducing ageing cases to improve cash flow.
• Ensure consistent execution of operating standards, quality requirements and HSSE compliance across locations.
• Lead, coach and develop service centre teams through structured training and performance management.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor performance, support leadership and enforce operational discipline.
• Identify and execute local retail business development opportunities to grow market share.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives, digital adoption and process enhancements.
• Support expansion projects including new site set‑up, ramp‑up and operational stabilisation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in automotive after‑sales operations, with at least 4 years in a leadership or regional role.
• Strong mechanical/engineering background; additional business or management qualifications are a plus.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of after‑sales operations, workshop processes, WIP management and customer handling.
• Ability to drive accountability and consistent execution across multiple locations.
