Service Manager – Multi Brand

About the role

The Service Manager will drive the operational, commercial and financial performance of Al‑Futtaim Auto Centers across the UAE. This senior position leads operational excellence, team development and business growth while ensuring consistent high‑quality customer experiences. The role works closely with service centre teams to boost productivity, strengthen standards and support network expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve revenue, gross margin and profitability targets for all service centres in line with budget and forecasts.
• Audit service processes, identify inefficiencies and implement corrective actions to maximise productivity and capacity utilisation.
• Oversee work‑in‑progress (WIP) management and reduce ageing cases to improve cash flow.
• Ensure consistent execution of operating standards, quality requirements and customer service expectations across locations.
• Maintain compliance with HSSE, quality standards and company policies at every site.
• Lead, coach and develop service centre teams through structured training and performance management.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor performance, support leadership and enforce operational discipline.
• Identify and execute local retail business development opportunities to grow customer acquisition and market share.
• Drive continuous improvement, digital adoption and process enhancements to elevate customer experience.
• Support expansion initiatives, including new site set‑up, ramp‑up and operational stabilisation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in automotive after‑sales operations.
• At least 4 years in a leadership or regional management role.
• Strong mechanical and engineering background essential.
• Additional business or management qualifications are advantageous.
