Service Manager – Multi‑Brand Automotive

About the role

The Service Manager will lead the operational, commercial and financial performance of Al‑Futtaim Auto Centers across the UAE. Reporting to senior leadership, the role drives service excellence, team development and business growth while ensuring a consistent high‑quality customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve revenue, gross margin and profitability targets for all service centres in line with budgeted forecasts.
• Audit service processes, identify inefficiencies and implement corrective actions to maximise productivity and capacity utilisation.
• Oversee work‑in‑progress (WIP) management, reducing ageing cases to improve cash flow and operational efficiency.
• Ensure consistent execution of operating standards, quality requirements and HSSE compliance across all locations.
• Lead, coach and develop service centre teams through structured training, performance management and capability‑building initiatives.
• Support expansion projects, including new site set‑up, ramp‑up and operational stabilisation.

Required profile

• Strong leadership capability with a proven track record of inspiring and developing high‑performing teams.
• Deep knowledge of automotive after‑sales operations, workshop processes, WIP handling and customer service.
• Ability to drive accountability and consistent execution across multiple locations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Automotive or related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of automotive after‑sales experience, including at least 4 years in a regional leadership role.
