Service Supervisor II Cementing

About the role

The Service Supervisor II – Cementing is responsible for coordinating and overseeing cementing operations at well sites, ensuring quality service and customer satisfaction. The role involves planning, directing crew activities, and maintaining equipment readiness while adhering to safety and environmental standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee cementing service line work at the well site, providing quality service to the customer.
• Plan job execution, give instructions to crew and equipment, and resolve disputes within approved levels.
• Direct activities of service operators and lead the site crew, including Halliburton and non‑Halliburton personnel.
• Manage clean‑up, repair, and preparation of equipment for subsequent jobs.
• Perform necessary calculations for the job and evaluate crew performance, providing training as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and contribute to quality improvement processes.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Service Supervisor – Cementing (Level I).
• Valid commercial driver’s licence may be required.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work safely in an oil field environment.

Required skills

• Operation and maintenance of cementing service line equipment.
• Equipment preparation, clean‑up, and repair.
• Knowledge of HSE regulations and safety procedures.
• Ability to perform job‑site calculations and planning.
