Service Supervisor III – Slickline

About the role

Halliburton is seeking an experienced Service Supervisor III to lead a crew delivering slickline services across Abu Dhabi. You will be responsible for ensuring safe, efficient operations while maintaining strong customer relationships at well sites.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a crew in providing the full range of slickline services under all operating conditions.
• Consult with customers on products and services, promote good relations, and ensure satisfaction.
• Review job designs, verify equipment readiness, and confirm correct tools are available.
• Perform all job tasks in compliance with Halliburton Management System (HMS) processes.
• Provide on‑site emergency equipment maintenance and resolve unanticipated technical issues.
• Maintain assigned equipment, enforce safety regulations, and document HSE activities.
• Mentor service operators and assistants, identify sales opportunities, and contribute to quality improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading slickline crews in the oil‑field environment.
• Strong knowledge of downhole tools, WPCE units, and equipment maintenance.
• Ability to work under pressure, make technical decisions, and coordinate with third parties.
• Commitment to safety, environmental standards, and Halliburton’s HSE policies.
