Service Technician – Laundry Dosing Systems

About the role

Ecolab is seeking a Service Technician to install, commission, and maintain laundry dosing systems for commercial and industrial customers in Dubai. The role combines hands‑on technical work with direct customer interaction to ensure optimal laundry performance and system reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Install, commission and calibrate laundry dosing equipment according to company standards and safety guidelines.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to sustain system performance and chemical efficiency.
• Troubleshoot technical and application issues in hotel, hospital or industrial laundry environments.
• Provide on‑site technical support and application guidance to customers.
• Maintain accurate service documentation, reports and site records.
• Build and sustain strong customer relationships as a trusted technical partner.
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive service excellence and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience servicing laundry dosing systems and chemical applications.
• Working knowledge of installation, calibration and maintenance of dosing equipment.
• Proven ability to manage customer relationships in a service‑focused environment.
• Strong organizational skills and professional work behaviour.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including outside standard business hours when required.
