Service Technician – Water & Food Service Equipment

About the role

Our client is looking for a Service Technician specialized in water and food service equipment to deliver scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, and installations across Dubai and the surrounding region. The role requires strict adherence to safety standards, client SLAs, and company procedures while ensuring first‑time fix rates.

Key responsibilities

• Execute planned preventive maintenance (PPM), breakdown repairs, and new installations for water treatment and kitchen equipment.
• Coordinate with Service Team Coordinators to confirm material, spare, and permit availability before work begins.
• Document all service activities, obtain client signatures, and return paperwork to the Service Coordinator promptly.
• Maintain company assets such as vehicles, tools, and uniforms in good condition.
• Provide feedback on process improvements and emerging technologies to enhance service delivery.
• Address customer issues swiftly and communicate status updates to the team.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 month of relevant experience in water treatment or food service equipment service.
• Ability to work independently, follow safety regulations, and meet SLA/KPI targets.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with clients and internal teams.
