ServiceNow Domain Architect – Enterprise Solutions

About the role

Black Pearl, a leading technology organization in the United Arab Emirates, is looking for an experienced ServiceNow Domain Architect. You will shape the platform’s architecture, ensure governance, and support large‑scale digital transformation initiatives across the enterprise.

Key responsibilities

• Develop ServiceNow architecture standards, reference architectures, patterns, and governance frameworks.
• Define standards for workflows, integrations, CMDB, CSDM, security, automation, and applications.
• Review high‑level and low‑level designs, integration specifications, data models, and customizations.
• Provide architectural guidance to guarantee scalability, security, and upgradeability.
• Identify technical debt, risks, and excessive customizations, and propose remediation plans.

Required profile

• 8+ years of technology experience with strong ServiceNow architecture expertise.
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow integrations, workflows, CMDB, CSDM, security, and automation.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise‑scale ServiceNow implementations.
• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (preferred) and experience in government, regulated‑sector, or large‑enterprise environments (advantageous).
