Services Development Manager

About the role

Temenos Press is looking for a Services Development Manager to drive profitable services revenue from its existing client base in the United Arab Emirates. The role involves close collaboration with customers, account teams and regional service leaders to position Temenos’ technology and service portfolio as a strategic advantage.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and close profitable services revenue from established clients within the assigned region.
• Demonstrate the distinct advantages of Temenos services, highlighting differentiators and delivery capabilities.
• Act as a trusted business advisor, helping clients define optimal service offerings aligned with technology trends.
• Work closely with Account Managers, Customer Success Managers, Regional Services Directors and Area Services Managers to design and deliver efficient service solutions.
• Communicate the benefits of Temenos services and solutions, supporting account management teams in proposal development.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in financial services sales or business development.
• Proven track record of generating services revenue and managing complex client relationships.
• Strong understanding of banking operations, core banking systems and industry trends.
• Excellent consultative selling and negotiation abilities.
