About the role
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Shadow Teacher to provide one‑to‑one support and help a student succeed academically, socially, and emotionally.
Key responsibilities
- Support the student during classroom activities.
- Assist with lessons, assignments, and daily routines.
- Encourage positive behavior and independence.
- Monitor learning and behavioral progress.
- Coordinate with teachers and parents.
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment.
Required profile
- Relevant degree or diploma in Education, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Previous experience with children is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient, caring, and responsible personality.
- Relevant UAE experience or certification is an advantage.
