Shop Manager

About the role

As a Rituals Shop Manager you will create unforgettable customer experiences and empower your team to achieve commercial objectives. Reporting to the Area Manager, you will implement the brand’s commercial strategy in your store and drive short‑ and long‑term performance.

Key responsibilities

• Translate sales targets into daily actions and objectives for the team.
• Develop staffing plans aligned with productivity targets and employee wellbeing.
• Oversee store operations including cash register control, attendance, stock management, health & safety and maintenance.
• Manage stock adjustments and optimise inventory levels.
• Maintain a clean, organised shop and back‑office environment.
• Hire, coach and retain a diverse team that embodies Rituals values.
• Conduct performance management, provide constructive feedback and foster a culture of trust.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of store manager experience in retail, hospitality, beauty or cosmetics.
• Proven experience working in the Middle East with medium‑size diverse teams.
• Minimum a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Fluent in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, French) are a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and initiative‑taking abilities.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and busy periods.
