About the role

Milele is looking for a creative Short-Form Videographer to produce engaging video content for platforms such as Instagram Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts. You will work on‑site in the United Arab Emirates, turning raw footage into high‑retention clips that capture audience attention.

Key responsibilities

Shoot and edit short‑form videos tailored for Reels, TikTok and Shorts.
Transform raw footage into compelling, high‑engagement content.
Add captions, hooks and basic motion‑graphics to enhance storytelling.
Monitor social media trends and adapt formats to stay current.

Required profile

Proven experience creating short‑form content for social platforms.
Strong sense of pacing, hooks and visual storytelling.
Portfolio showcasing short‑form video work.
Based in Dubai or able to travel for on‑ground shoots.
