Show Technology Technician

About the role

The Show Technology Technician ensures the smooth operation of audio, visual and lighting (AVL) systems across Miral Experiences Leisure Facilities. This role is essential for maintaining rides and attractions, guaranteeing safety, reliability and guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily checks, start‑up and shutdown procedures for all AVL equipment.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance in line with manufacturers' specifications.
• Prepare AVL systems before park opening and respond quickly to any downtime.
• Report safety or operational issues to team leaders and complete maintenance checklists on time.
• Read and interpret single‑line diagrams, rack elevation drawings and schematics.
• Test, label, organise and install cables, racks and equipment.
• Participate in briefings, training sessions and development programs.

Required profile

• Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Communications or Computer Engineering.
• At least 1 year of AVL maintenance experience in a theme‑park or hospitality environment.
• Ability to lift 25 kg, work at height and rotate shifts, including nights.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
