Showroom Hostess/Receptionist

About the role

Join Abu Dhabi Motors as a Showroom Hostess/Receptionist and be the first point of contact for visitors in a cutting‑edge automotive showroom. You will ensure a welcoming atmosphere while providing product information and supporting the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Provide information about products or services to customers as needed.
• Coordinate the front office desk, handling walk‑in and telephone enquiries.
• Perform administrative tasks such as filing and data entry using the CRM system.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the reception area.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Ensure guests feel welcome and attended to throughout their visit.

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Strong listening and telephone handling abilities.
• Organised and customer‑focused mindset.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and manage the flow of visitors, calls, emails and appointments.
