Showroom Incharge

About the role

The Showroom Incharge will lead the Ajman showroom operations for HIRA Industries, driving sales and marketing initiatives while ensuring compliance with HSE and quality standards. This is a hands‑on leadership position reporting to the Regional Showroom Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the Ajman showroom, including staff, inventory, and customer experience.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve KPI targets.
• Prepare regular performance reports and presentations for senior leadership.
• Collaborate with Sales, HR, Finance (AR), Audit and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, environmental and quality standards within the showroom.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Civil Engineering or a related field (preferable).
• 5–8 years of experience in showroom operations, HVAC‑related sales or business development.
• Strong product and market knowledge in the HVAC/MEP sector.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Fluent in English and Hindi with strong communication skills.
• Valid UAE driving licence.

Required skills

• Technical/Mechanical knowledge relevant to HVAC and MEP equipment.
• Proficiency with SAP systems (beneficial).
